1. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
  • Prices include GST (18%)
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking
  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins

2. Delivery Policy

  • Free delivery on orders of 2 or more units
  • ₹100 delivery charge for single unit orders
  • Delivery within 15-20 business days
  • Order tracking available through our website
  • Delivery to all major cities in India

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Cancellation requests must be made via email to support@azztray.com
  • Include order ID and reason for cancellation in your email
  • Full refund will be processed for cancelled orders
  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days

Return & Refund Policy

  • 7-day return window from date of delivery
  • Product must be in original packaging and unused condition
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Return shipping charges are covered by us for defective products
  • Customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns
  • Refund will be processed after product inspection
  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after approval

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products with signs of use, damage, or missing parts
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • UPI refunds: 2-3 business days
  • Net banking refunds: 3-5 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed

4. Warranty

  • 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase
  • This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use
  • Warranty excludes damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair, modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • Extended warranty options may be available upon request
